1.先下載 Resource Hacker 免安裝

2.解開後執行 reshacker.exe

3.file>open  打開 msnmsgr.exe (win7_x64 路徑 :C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Messenger  ,其他版本請自行尋找)

4.開打 version info >1>1033 尋找 下圖紅框處 ,將兩個"15" 改成 "99"

5.改完如下 , 點擊 Compile Script

6.接下來存檔後就可跳過強制更新
